DHAKA: A Dhaka court on Saturday granted three-day fresh remand against Mosaddek Ali Falu, adviser to BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia, in car vandalism and arson attack cases filed with Badda Police Station.

Metropolitan Magistrate Mahbubur Rahman passed the remand order in the afternoon when police produced him before the court with 10-day remand plea.

Earlier on February 2, Falu was placed remand in the case for five-day in an arson case filed with Khilgaon Thana of the capital on January 30.

Plainclothes police picked Falu up from the premises of BNP Chairperson’s Gulshan office on February 1.
