DHAKA: State Minister for Home Affairs Ministry Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal said the government is waiting for the decision of Indian government regarding the return of BNP leader Salahuddin Ahmed.
The state minister came up with this assertion while talking to reporters in secretariat of the city on Tuesday.
Kamal said the foreign ministry contacted with Indian authorities regarding this matter.
The government will bring Salahuddin when India will return him, he added.
But, he (Salahuddin) will be brought later if the Indian government charged him for intrusion.
While asking that the law enforcers detained him or not, the minister said the law forcers did not arrest him. But they searched for him as he was accused in several cases.
