DHAKA: AL got the schedule of President Abdul Hamid for January 11 to discuss over the reformation of Election Commission (EC).

Confirming the matter to the media on Monday evening (January 2), President’s press secretary M Joynal Abedin said that the meeting with AL will be held at Bangabhaban around 4:00pm.

A total of five parties have been invited to discuss the matter.

Besides, the president met with Jatiya Party (JP) on December 20, Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) and Krishak Sramik Janata League on December 21 regarding the same issue.
