CHITTAGONG: A lawsuit has been lodged under section 57 of ICT Act against one Haji Mohammad Ali for his alleged derogatory posts against Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader on Facebook.

Awami League (AL) leader Haji Mohammad Iqbal as plaintiff filed the case with Chittagong metropolitan magistrate Abu Salem Mohammad Noman’s court on Monday (January 23).

Iqbal’s lawyer advocate AKM Azharul Islam told Banglanews that court ordered kotwali thana officer-in-charge (OC) to accept the case.
