DHAKA: BNP will place their formal statement on Friday (January 27) over search committee to reform Election Commission (EC).

BNP chairperson’s press wing officer Shairul Kabir Khan confirmed the matter to Banglanews on Thursday (January 26).

Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, BNP secretary general, will speak at a press briefing in their party central office in city’s Nayapaltan around 10.30am.

President Abdul Hamid formed the search committee on Wednesday (January 25).
