DHAKA: Prime Minister also Awami League President Sheikh Hasina said that Awami Leauge doesn’t forget about the electoral manifesto issued during the election. 

Moreover, her party-led government contemplates over to execute more development works beyond the promise made in the manifesto, she claimed.  

The AL Chief made the remarks at the annual performance deal signing ceremony of the ministries and its’ subordinate departments at the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) on Thursday (Jul 6).

Cabinet members and officials of the respective departments took part in the meeting.  

“We have become eligible to continue the development flow began after forming the government in 2009. The peoples of the country have reaped the good harvest of it. Socio-economic development was made”, Sheikh Hasina said. 

Regarding the large-amount national budget for the fiscal year 2017-18, the Prime Minister said, “We will implement the budget accompanied with the peoples of the country.”

“We are working aiming that as no one has to live homeless and uneaten”, she added. 

“Now the country is a role model for development in the world assembly. Everyone lauds the socio-economic development of us”, said the Prime Minister.
