BAGERHAT: Daughter of Happy Baral, the woman MP of Bagerhat, came under attack on Saturday (December 16).

The miscreants stabbed the daughter- Aditi Baral, 26, at Shaltola intersection in Bagerhat district town in the evening.

Aditi was returning to her residence after joining a function of her mother in the district town. When she was taking seat in the car, a youth stabbed her and fled the scene.

Officer-in-charge (OC) of Begerhat sadar police station Mahtab Uddin told Banglanews that they visited the spot. They are trying to detain the miscreant.

Happy Baral said that the miscreants killed her husband in 2000. Her daughter also came under attack eight months ago.
