SATKHIRA: Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) KM Nurul Huda has said that the procedure for the next parliamentary polls will begin in October.

The CEC said this while talking to the journalists at the circuit house in Satkhira on Monday (January 15).  

KM Nurul Huda expressed his hope saying that all the political parties in the country would join the next polls. The voting will be held in any day in December or January.

He said that the EVM system won’t be exercised in the next polls.

The CEC visited the Satkhira district election office in the morning.
